Solutions by sector
Infrastructure that moves with the operation.
Mine development does not always happen where permanent infrastructure is readily available. Power, equipment support, maintenance, water, communications and secure storage may be required long before permanent facilities are practical.
Insula uses containerized platforms, modular kitting and advanced manufacturing to create infrastructure that can be manufactured in Southwestern Ontario, transported to site and deployed where it is needed.
Capabilities
Reducing dependence on diesel
Remote mining operations have traditionally relied heavily on diesel generation and diesel-powered equipment. Insula develops modular power infrastructure capable of integrating solar, battery energy storage, generators and grid connections to support electrification and reduce reliance on conventional diesel infrastructure where project conditions allow.

Why Insula
Bolt-together components reduce reliance on welding and heavy fabrication at site, and make systems easier to service, relocate and redeploy.
